The Congolese Association of Albany is a non-profit organization that brings together all Congolese descents living in New York state in general and in the Capital District of New York in particular. The Association aims to promote the welfare and the well-being of all its members by enhancing skills, intellectual attributes and the cultural diversity in order to achieve the overall development of the community.
